Action control has been added, allowing users to add Insights and Actions to every level of their Milkymap. Adding Insights and Actions allows teams and organisations to effectively use customer insights to make a positive impact for their customer(s).
Fixes
When searching in an Emotion Block or Emotion Curve screen, results previously weren’t clickable to be selected. Now after searching, all highlighted emotions matching your search can be selected.
Occasionally after adding a customer quote, it would not be visible in the presentation mode of that Milkymap. This issue has now been fixed, quotes are visible after adding them in Lanes and Widgets.
You can now also access the knowledge base through the information icon in the Milkymap editing page.
