A fourth dimension has been added, in addition to Brands, Products and Customer Segments, Countries can now be used in Galaxy accounts. This will help international organisations or organisations with international ambitions filter their Milkymaps, Insights and Improvements. They can additionally be used to add to Touchpoints, Episodes and other locations throughout the platform.
Grouping labels are now available to use in your Milkymaps. They allow users to create labels for one or multiple Episodes.
