New features

  • A great redesign, the Galaxy has a different look and feel.

  • You can now add different types of Lanes to your Milkymaps. This way, you have more flexibility when adding content, at an Episode level and Touchpoint Lanes at the most detailed level. These two types of Lanes provide you with the opportunity to add detailed information.

  • Labels can be added to Lanes, allowing you to further personalize the content they contain.

  • At an overall Journey level, you can now add information through Widgets. They allow users to add similar content blocks to the entire Milkymap as they would select for Episode and Touchpoint Lanes.

  • Defined KPIs as a new Widget and Lane type. This allows Galaxy admins to stay in control of the way available KPIs (NPS, CES and CSAT) are used in user’s Milkymaps.

  • In addition to emotions being available in Emotion Curves, emotions can now also be added in Emotion Blocks. Emotion Blocks allow users to incorporate emotions without having to connect them from one Episode or Touchpoint to the next.

  • Icons are now available as Widgets and Lanes. There is a library of over 700 different icons that can be used in Milkymaps, can be given titles in these maps and can be used as filters when viewing Milkymaps in your account.

  • Dimensions can now be included in Milkymaps. Brands, Customer Segments and Products provide you with the opportunity to organize your Milkymaps.

  • A Milkymap can now be transferred to a different owner.

  • You can now view Milkymaps under ‘My Milkymaps’ and ‘Our Milkymaps’. Under ‘My Milkymaps’, you can view your own published and unpublished maps. Under ‘Our Milkymaps’ you can view Milkymaps published in your organisation’s account by yourself and others.
