Before you can use the Galaxy to start visualizing Customer Journeys, collaborate with others and organize your Customer Experience efforts and activities, you’ll need to create an account.

Creating an account is quick and easy, you’ll be entering the Galaxy and working on improving your Customer Experience in no time.

Step 1: Check your inbox & open the invitation email

Probably the easiest steps ever, but you first need to find your invitation email if you want to enter the Galaxy. The admin of your organisation or team’s account has sent you an invitation email through the Galaxy platform.

Having a hard time finding the email? First, try your Spam folder (though we hope it didn’t end up there!). If that doesn’t help, you can contact your account admin to reinvite you.

Step 2: Choose your password

In the invitation email, you’ll find the name of the account admin that invited you, as well as the name of the workspace they’d like you to join.

  1. Press the ‘Choose Password’ button in the invitation email.

The button will open a browser window where you can set up your password. If the button doesn’t work, you can copy and paste the link placed further down in the email into your browser. This will take you to the same password set up.

  2. Now you can set up a secure password for your Galaxy account.
Please make sure you use at least eight characters, including a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number. Like any other password, make sure it’s something you can remember easily.

If you do forget the password you’ve chosen, don’t worry. You can reset the password on your own or you can request your admin to send you a password reset link.

Step 3: Log in for the first time

After you’ve selected your password, you can enter the Galaxy for the first time.

  1. Go to the login page by pressing the button or by going to

  2. Use the email address the invitation was sent to and your newly chosen password to log in.

You’re officially in the Galaxy now and you can start exploring all the ways to visualize your customer’s experience through amazing Customer Journey Maps.
