Publishing your Milkymaps

By publishing your Milkymaps, it becomes visible for other users within your organisation under ‘Our Milkymaps’. Until then, it is a private map until you decide to publish it or share it in some way.

The activate button is on the left side of your profile picture and looks like this:

  4. Click ‘Publish’ in the dropdown menu or if you used ‘Activate’, go directly to the fifth step.

Active vs. In-Active Milkymaps

A Published Milkymap has two different statuses. An active Milkymap is connected to the CX Life Cycle Model and included in dashboarding. An in-active Milkymap can be viewed by users in your organisation’s account, but is not connected to the CX Life Cycle Model or included in dashboarding.
