As a Galaxy account admin, Notifications will be available to you on the Milkymap platform. In your Notifications, you will receive updates regarding activity on the platform.
Notifications are an admin feature and therefore not available for users within a Milkymap Galaxy Account

Checking your Notifications
Notifications are made up of a list of most actions in the Milkymap platform. If users within your organisation’s account perform actions, these will show up in your Notifications. Actions like Publishing a Map, changing the Status, but also admin actions like adding a KPI will be listed.
You can find your Notifications in the top navigation bar
Open your list of Notifications by pressing the notification icon
The number of unread Notifications will show up in the Notification Icon, so in this example, there are 15 Notifications that haven’t been viewed yet.
In the list of Notifications, you can either view the first four or press ‘View all Notifications’ to open the full list.
By clicking a Notification, you can view more information regarding that action, like the person that performed it and when they did.
Deleting your Notifications
You can find your Notifications in the top navigation bar
Open your list of Notifications by pressing the notification icon
On the right side of the Notification you’d like to delete, click the Trashcan Icon.
Warning Labels Next to Notifications
Next to some Notifications, a Warning Label will appear.
Warning Labels will appear for any changes, edits & deletes, made to the Data Settings and CX Life Cycle Model of your organisation.
