User Management

As a Galaxy account admin, you can manage the users in your organisation’s account. To do so:

  1. Use the top navigation bar to click ‘Galaxy Admin’

  2. Select ‘User Management’ from the dropdown menu by clicking it.

  3. You will open the ‘User Management’ page, where you can adjust a User’s Settings. User Settings you can adjust are:

  • First - and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Company Name

  • Their role: either Admin, Viewer, or User

Under User Management, you can also keep track of the amount of used and unused licenses in your account. The license count is divided into user- and viewer licenses, allowing you to manage different roles in your organisation’s account.

You can also Reset a User’s Password by clicking ‘Reset Password’
