You can now add Personas in your Milkymaps and to your CX Life Cycle Model by using Widgets and Lanes. You can use ‘My Personas’, which you can create yourself and are available only for you to use. ‘Our Personas' are created by an admin and are verified for the account. They are public and can be used in Milkymaps by all Users.
The breadcrumb navigation has had a redesign, making it easier to use.
Fixes
The breadcrumb navigation in Milkymap wasn’t functioning properly when adding new Touchpoints, this issue has now been fixed.
Brands can now be added to Insights, which wasn’t possible before.
